Event location
The TCS Amsterdam Marathon is a World Athletics Platinum Label Road Race which is renowned for being one of the fastest courses in the world. In the ranking of fastest marathon cities, the largest marathon of the Netherlands is in fourth place. Highlights of the course include the start and finish in the Olympic Stadium, the passage through the Rijksmuseum and along the Heineken Experience, stretches along the Amstel and through the Vondelpark. The half marathon & 8K will take place the same day, also finishing in the Olympic Stadium.
Marathon Tours & Travel Amsterdam Marathon packages include a conveniently located hotel with breakfast for 3 nights and we invite you to take part in warm up runs, pasta dinner and celebrations.

Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South hotel is located in a lovely area, surrounded by restaurants and pretty streets and only 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam South train station, which allows easy access to all areas of the city. Schiphol Airport can be reached by direct train from Amsterdam South in only 6 minutes. The hotel has free highspeed WIFI throughout, a gym, bar, restaurant and serves a delicious breakfast buffet.
Check-in from 15:00 and check out up to 12:00.
Our rooms are superior and feature either a King bed or 2 single beds (Twin). A mini-fridge, TV, safe, air conditioning, coffee/tea-making facilities and a hair dryer are also at your disposal.
Single rooms sleep 1 adult in the room with 1 King bed.

Twin rooms sleep 2 adults in the room with 2 Single beds.
Junior Suite sleeps 3 people in the room with 1 King bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Complimentary access is provided to the Club Lounge, where guests can enjoy a quieter continental breakfast away from the buzz of the restaurant, complimentary soft drinks, beer, wine, newspapers and magazines.
